HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
  1. On the page STORE find a product that you need and place it in the cart. Please, visit the DELIVERY page before placing an order.
  2. Then press the cart icon, enter all the required information and place your order.
  3. You can pay for your order via PayPal. If you want to pay with a bank card without having a PayPal account, just choose 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card'.
  4. Your order will be shipped in 1-5 days after payment is complete. You will recieve shipping confirmation and tracking number.
  5. Please check your Spam folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox.

Currency is USD.
You can pay for your purchases via PayPal.
Please, choose PayPal as a payment option at check out.

You can pay for your purchases via Paypal even without having a Paypal account, as a guest. Just choose "Pay with Paypal" and then look for the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" option.

You can also pay with credit or debit card without using PayPal. In this case I'll send you an email with a payment link. Please check your Spam folder just in case the confirmation email got delivered there instead of your inbox.

SHIPPING TIME
All orders are shipped from Moscow, Russia.
I use combine shipping and service of logistic partner to get the products faster to USA and Europe. All orders are shipped from Russia to the warehouse placed in USA or Netherlands, and then worldwide by USPS or Post NL.

US orders (only patches and pins) are shipped from warehouse in Minnesota MN and delivery takes 3-6 business days. If you purchase patches/pins with other items, your order will be dispatched from Russia and shipping will take 20 days or longer.

International orders usually arrive between 2-6 weeks, depending on your location. Your courrier will be your national post company (USPS for the USA, Royal Mail for UK, La Poste for France, Deutsche Post for Germany, etc).

  • Shipping to US usually takes about 20 days.
  • Shipping to UK usually takes 10-20 days.
  • Shipping to Europe usually takes 10-30 days depending on your location.
  • Shipping to Canada usually takes 4-6 weeks.
  • Shipping to Australia usually takes 3-6 weeks.

It can take up to 6-8 weeks for international post to arrive in some cases, so please be patient.
Please note, due to COVID19 there're less international flights, so delivery to some countries may take up to 6-10 weeks.

SHIPPING COST
Shipping cost depends on the delivery method (tracked or untracked) and the weight of the package.
Untracked shipping - 9.50 USD
Tracked shipping - 12.50 USD
Tracked USPS First Class Mail – 7.50 USD (Only available for patches and pins shipped to USA).

I recommend to choose tracked shipping, otherwise I'm unable to help locate any items after I send it.

Express shipping options (DHL, UPS or FedEx) are available. Price depends on the size and weight of a parcel. You can contact me for more details.

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees that may apply upon delivery.
I DIDN'T RECIEVE MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?
I'm not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels but I'll do my best to assist you. I also recommend to choose tracked shipping, otherwise I'm unable to help locate any items after I send it.

International shipping usually takes 2-6 weeks depending on your location. If the deadlines have passed then you can:

  1. Check with your neighbours
  2. Go to your local post office/depot as if it was undelivered they will be holding your parcel. Your courier may have forgotten to leave a missed delivery card.
  3. Call your courier company to organise a re-delivery or to solve any issues, unfortunately, I can't do this on your behalf as the parcel is yours.
  4. Check the address on the order as you may have inputted the wrong address.

Deadline to file a lost mail claim – 3 months after the shipping date. If you'll contact me after the deadline, I won't be able to help you.

Untracked orders can't be located, and no lost mail claims can be opened in this case. Lost untracked packages are non-refundable. Please keep it in mind, when choosing shipping option.

Parcels that are refused, unclaimed, or rejected due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for a refund.
TATTOOS
I'd really appreciate it if you won't use my works as a free tattoo flash art.
If you want to get a tattoo of one of my designs, I ask you to make a small contribution payment to support my art here.

I also will be happy to create an original and unique design just for you.
CUSTOM ART
Price for my custom artwork starts from $50 for personal use and $100 for commercial use (album covers, merch design, etc.) and depends on it's size and details. Please note, I'm not a professional designer and I only create works in my own artistic style.

Feel free to contact me for commissions and please provide following information:
  • detailed description and references for the design;
  • commercial or personal use;
  • digital art or drawing on paper.

DAMAGED ITEMS / REPLACEMENTS
I do my best to ship everything safely and make sure you will receive all items in perfect condition.
If there's something wrong with you order, please contact me within 14 days after delivery date. You also need to provide me photos of damaged items.

Please note, it's a buyers responsibility to receive and check orders. If you won't contact me within 14 days after delivery date, I won't be able to help you (give a refund or send a replacement).

I'm unable to accept responsibility for any packages that are damaged when it is clearly the fault of the postal service.
HOW TO WASH SCREEN PRINTED APPAREL
Here's some recommendations for washing screen printed apparel:

1. WASH YOUR T-SHIRT INSIDE OUT
Turning your garment inside out prior to washing minimises fade and screen print
2. COLD WASH
I recommend you wash your t-shirt at a cooler temperature (no more than 30″C) to preserve the artwork and minimise shrinkage.
3. DON'T USE BLEACH OR STRONG DETERGENTS
There's no good reason to use harsh cleaning products on your clothes. Use a stain remover on spots but try to stay away from bleach and other strong detergent products all together.
4. NO TUMBLE DRYING
High heat is possibly the worst enemy of screen-printed clothes. Air-dry will help keep the color for much longer.
5. STAY AWAY FROM THE DRY CLEANER AND IRONING.
